Fall Baseball College Tour Tryouts:

Saturday July 29th tryout begins at 12 and will end at 2:30
Sunday July 30th tryout begins at 12:30 and ends at 2:30
Who should tryout: Sophomores, Junior and Senior High school Players
Location: 450 E Walton rd Pontiac at Jaycee Park
Why Tryout? For over 21 years the Lakes Area Dodgers have played the toughest baseball schedules in the state of Michigan. As a high school player, you will play 25-30 games against college teams. These college coaches will be looking for players to join their team. It is a great way to get exposure and build contacts with college coaches.
Which Colleges will be played?
Nationally ranked colleges like Wabash Valley (IL), Chattanooga State (TN), Indiana Tech University (IN), Northwestern Ohio University (OH), Rio Grande University (OH), Sienna Height University and more.
Local teams like Mott College, Glen Oaks, Muskegon College, and Jackson College are just a few of the local teams that will be played.

The Lakes Area Dodgers Baseball Team will be holding tryouts for 14U/16U/17U/18U on Saturday August 5th and Sunday the 6th at the newly rebuilt Diamonds Field at Jaycee Park. The park is located at 450 Walton in Pontiac, MI
Lakes Area Dodgers will be enteringtheir 29th year playing travel baseball. This year they will be expanding their organization to include 14U and 16U teams. Here are the times for both days
17U/18U times 9 am to 11:30 am
16U times 12 pm to 2:30 pm
14U times Pam to 11:30 am *(adjacent field)

The Lakes Area Dodgers is a 501(c)3 baseball club run by Coach John Hodgins. The Lakes Area Dodgers run a fall and summer program focusing on developing players for the next level of play. The Dodgers Fall program focuses on competition against Midwest colleges while the Summer program plays in highly competitive tournaments. In both the Fall and Summer programs the players are exposed to college coaches and scouts.
